The Tempo zone places you in your ideal heart rate based on your weight category, and Peak is where you reach your cardio max.

Using a heart rate chest strap, the TDF Bike allows you to be able to see your heart rate while you train. This monitor is compatible with Bluetooth® wireless chest straps; sold separately.

This bike isnt only about toning your legs. Two 3-pound dumbbells are included with the TDF Bike to give you the opportunity to bring upper-body exercises to your workout. When youre finished, put them back into the conveniently attached dumbbell holders.
